
In April 2024, we made a call: this year would be all about learning what it really takes to bring people together in the real world. We scaled down to a core team of three. No fancy ops, no layers. Just Kian and Jordi, hands-on, running brick-and-mortar experiences across Germany, with Tim helping us closing the first brand deals and managing our socials. Couches, night trains, and several events a week. In those first 90 days, we learned lots, and we used those learnings to start building infrastructure. Designed not for us, but for others. So anyone could do what we did: faster, easier, and without needing the network themselves. After onboarding the first couple volunteers, we started calling them "Experience Creators". With this model, a team of 3 enabled over 500 experiences for more than 50,000 people last year. In March 2025, Valentin and Yannik joined. With them, we’re aiming for 1,000+ experiences this year.
This enables us founders to go back to working on the product and building out the experience infrastructure for both our consumer and corporate experiences.
